상표법 제43조(수정정관 등의 제출)

① 단체표장등록을 출원한 출원인은 제36조제3항에 따른 정관을 수정한 경우에는 제40조제1항 각 호 또는 제41조제1항 각 호에서 정한 기간 내에 지식재산처장에게 수정된 정관을 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

(1) Where웨어 an앤 applicant애플리컨트 for^f포 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 of어^v브 a어 collective컬렉티^v브 mark마크 has해즈 amended어멘디드 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation인코퍼^r레이션 under언더 Article아터클 36 (3), the^ð디 applicant애플리컨트 shall섈 submit서브밋 the^ð디 amended어멘디드 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation인코퍼^r레이션 to투 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Intellectual인털렉추얼 Property프^r라퍼티 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 period피^r리어드 set셋 in인 the^ð더 subparagraphs서브패^r러그^r래^f프스 of어^v브 Article아터클 40 (1) or오 of어^v브 Article아터클 41 (1).

② 증명표장등록을 출원한 출원인은 정관 또는 규약을 수정한 경우에는 제40조제1항 각 호 또는 제41조제1항 각 호에서 정한 기간 내에 지식재산처장에게 수정된 정관 또는 규약을 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
