성매매알선 등 행위의 처벌에 관한 법률 제13조(관할)

① 이 법에서 정한 보호사건(이하 "보호사건"이라 한다)의 관할은 성매매를 한 장소나 성매매를 한 사람의 거주지 또는 현재지를 관할하는 가정법원으로 한다. 다만, 가정법원이 설치되어 있지 아니한 지역의 경우에는 해당 지역의 지방법원(지원을 포함한다. 이하 같다)으로 한다.
