성폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 제10조(업무상 위력 등에 의한 추행)

① 업무, 고용이나 그 밖의 관계로 인하여 자기의 보호, 감독을 받는 사람에 대하여 위계 또는 위력으로 추행한 사람은 3년 이하의 징역 또는 1천500만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 2018.10.16>

② 법률에 따라 구금된 사람을 감호하는 사람이 그 사람을 추행한 때에는 5년 이하의 징역 또는 2천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 2018.10.16>
