신용정보의 이용 및 보호에 관한 법률 제21조(폐업 시 보유정보의 처리)

신용정보회사등(신용정보제공ㆍ이용자는 제외한다)이 폐업하려는 경우에는 금융위원회가 정하여 고시하는 바에 따라 보유정보를 처분하거나 폐기하여야 한다. <개정 2020.2.4>
