약사법 제25조(처방의약품 목록 작성 등)

①의료기관 개설자는 해당 의료기관에서 처방하려는 의약품의 목록을 그 의료기관이 소재하는 시ㆍ군ㆍ구의 「의료법」 제28조제5항에 따라 설치된 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 의사회 분회 또는 치과의사회 분회(이하 "의사회분회등"이라 한다)에 제출한다.

②의사회분회등은 제1항에 따른 의료기관별 처방의약품 목록에서 품목 수를 적정하게 조정한 지역처방의약품 목록과 그 지역처방의약품 목록의 범위에서 조정된 의료기관별 처방의약품 목록을 해당 시ㆍ군ㆍ구의 약사회 분회에 제공한다.

③약사회 분회는 제2항에 따라 의사회분회등으로부터 지역처방의약품 목록과 의료기관별 처방의약품 목록을 받으면 해당 지역의 약국개설자에게 이를 통보하여 갖추도록 한다.

④약국개설자가 제2항에 따른 처방의약품 목록에 따라 의약품을 갖추는 데 어려움이 있어서 그 품목 수를 조정할 필요가 있으면 의사회분회등과 약사회 분회가 협의하여 조정할 수 있다. 품목 수가 추가되거나 변경되는 경우에도 또한 같다.

⑤의사회분회등은 제2항에 따른 처방의약품 목록을 변경하거나 추가하려면 30일 전에 약사회 분회에 이를 통보한다.
