Article 6-3 (Notification of Matters concerning Eligible Persons)

시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 다음 각 호의 사유가 발생한 경우에는 지체 없이 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 해당 수급권자와 「국민건강보험법」 제13조에 따른 국민건강보험공단(이하 "보험공단"이라 한다)에 그 사실을 통보하여야 한다.
