인공지능 발전과 신뢰 기반 조성 등에 관한 기본법 제7조(국가인공지능전략위원회)

① 인공지능 발전과 신뢰 기반 조성 등을 위한 주요 정책 등에 관한 사항을 심의ㆍ의결하기 위하여 대통령 소속으로 국가인공지능전략위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2026.1.20>

(1) The^ð더 National내셔늘 Artificial아터^f피실 Intelligence인텔러전스 Strategy스트^r래터지 Committee커미티 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Committee")커미티 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 under언더 the^ð더 President프^r레저덴트 to투 deliberate딜리버^r럿 on안 and앤드 resolve^r리잘^v브 matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 major메이저 policies,팔러시즈 etc.엣세터^r러 for^f포 the^ð더 development디^v벨럽먼트 of어^v브 artificial아터^f피실 intelligence인텔러전스 and앤드 the^ð디 establishment이스태블리시먼트 of어^v브 a어 foundation^f파운데이션 of어^v브 trust.트^r러스트

② 위원회는 위원장 1명과 3명 이내의 부위원장을 포함한 60명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다. 이 경우 제4항제4호에 따른 위원이 전체 위원의 과반수가 되어야 하고, 특정 성(性)으로만 위원회를 구성할 수 없다. <개정 2026.1.20>

(2) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 60 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 three^θ쓰^r리 vice^v바이스 chairpersons.체어퍼슨즈 In인 such서치 cases,케이시즈 members멤버즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (4) 4 shall섈 make메이크 up업 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 all올 members,멤버즈 and앤드 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 not낫 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 members멤버즈 of어^v브 only온리 one원 sex.섹스

③ 위원회의 위원장은 대통령이 되고, 부위원장은 제4항제1호 또는 제4호에 해당하는 사람 중 대통령이 지명하는 사람이 된다. <개정 2026.1.20>

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 President,프^r레저덴트 and앤드 the^ð더 vice^v바이스 chairpersons체어퍼슨즈 shall섈 be비 persons퍼슨즈 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 President프^r레저덴트 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 those^ð도우즈 falling^f팔링 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (4) 1 or오 4.

④ 위원회의 위원은 다음 각 호의 사람이 된다.

(4) The^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 persons:퍼슨즈

⑤ 위원회의 위원장은 위원회를 대표하고 위원회의 사무를 총괄한다.

(5) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 take테이크 general제너^r럴 charge차지 of어^v브 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈

⑥ 위원회의 위원장은 필요한 경우 부위원장으로 하여금 그 직무를 대행하게 할 수 있다.

(6) Where웨어 necessary,네서세^r리 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 may메이 have해^v브 a어 vice^v바이스 chairperson체어퍼슨 act액트 on안 his히즈 or오 her허 behalf.비해^f프

⑦ 제4항제4호에 따른 위원의 임기는 2년으로 하되 한 차례에 한정하여 연임할 수 있다.

(7) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 members멤버즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (4) 4 shall섈 be비 two투 years,이어즈 and앤드 they^ð데이 may메이 be비 reappointed^r리어포인티드 only온리 once.원스

⑧ 위원회에 간사위원 1명을 두며, 간사위원은 제4항제3호의 위원이 된다.

(8) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 member,멤버 who후 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 member멤버 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (4) 3.

⑨ 위원회의 위원은 그 직무상 알게 된 비밀을 타인에게 누설하거나 직무상 목적 외의 용도로 사용하여서는 아니 된다. 다만, 다른 법률에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

⑩ 위원회의 위원장은 위원회의 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

(10) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 them.^ð뎀

⑪ 위원회의 회의는 위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(11) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 its잇츠 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 require^r리콰이어 the^ð더 concurrent컨커^r런트 vote^v보우트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑫ 위원회의 업무 및 운영을 지원하기 위하여 위원회에 지원단을 둔다.

(12) A어 support서포트 group그^r루프 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 in인 the^ð더 Committee커미티 to투 support서포트 its잇츠 affairs어^f페어즈 and앤드 operation.아퍼^r레이션

⑬ 위원회는 이 법 시행일부터 5년간 존속한다.

(13) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 continue컨티뉴 to투 exist이그지스트 for^f포 five^f파이^v브 years이어즈 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 date데잇 this^ð디스 Act액트 enters엔터즈 into인투 force.^f포스

⑭ 그 밖에 위원회와 제12항에 따른 지원단의 구성 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

(14) Other어^ð더 matters매터즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð더 composition,캄퍼지션 operation,아퍼^r레이션 etc.엣세터^r러 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 the^ð더 support서포트 group그^r루프 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (12) shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리
