자동차관리법 제29조의2(안전기준 관련 연구ㆍ개발 등)

① 국토교통부장관은 제29조제1항 및 제2항에 따른 자동차안전기준, 부품안전기준, 제35조의5제1항에 따른 내압용기안전기준 또는 안전 관련 기술의 연구ㆍ개발 및 데이터베이스 구축ㆍ운영이 필요한 경우에는 제32조제3항에 따라 성능시험을 대행하는 자로 지정된 자(이하 "성능시험대행자"라 한다)에게 이를 수행하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 국토교통부장관은 예산의 범위에서 연구ㆍ개발 및 데이터베이스 구축ㆍ운영에 드는 비용을 출연하거나 지원하여야 한다. <개정 2011.5.24, 2013.3.23, 2017.12.26, 2024.2.13>
