자동차관리법 시행령 제18조(권한의 재위임)

①시ㆍ도지사는 법 제77조제3항에 따라 국토교통부장관으로부터 위임받은 권한의 일부를 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장에게 재위임하고자 하는 때에는 업무내용 및 수임기관의 기구ㆍ인원ㆍ업무처리능력 등을 충분히 고려하여야 하며, 권한을 재위임한 때에는 이를 고시하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2011.11.25, 2013.3.23>

②제1항에 따라 권한을 재위임받은 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장은 해당 업무의 처리상황을 시ㆍ도지사에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2020.2.25>
