장애인복지법 제35조의2(한국수어 통역사 등 지원)

① 국가 및 지방자치단체는 청각장애인이나 시청각장애인에 대하여 그 이동과 일상생활의 활동에서 의사소통을 원활히 할 수 있도록 경제적 부담능력 등을 고려하여 한국수어 통역사 또는 제22조제5항에 따른 시청각장애인을 위한 의사소통 지원 전문인력(이하 이 조에서 "한국수어 통역사등"이라 한다)을 지원할 수 있다.
