Act on Welfare of Persons with Disabilities, Article 72-2 (Issuance of Speech-Language Therapist Licenses, etc.)

① 보건복지부장관은 제2항에 따른 자격요건을 갖춘 사람으로서 제73조에 따른 국가시험에 합격한 사람(이하 "언어재활사"라 한다)에게 언어재활사 자격증을 내주어야 한다.

② 언어재활사의 종류 및 국가시험 응시자격 요건은 다음 각 호의 구분과 같다. 이 경우 외국의 대학원ㆍ대학ㆍ전문대학(보건복지부장관이 정하여 고시하는 인정기준에 해당하는 학교를 말한다)에서 언어재활 분야의 학위를 취득한 사람으로서 등급별 자격기준과 동등한 학력이 있다고 보건복지부장관이 인정하는 경우에는 해당 등급의 응시자격을 갖춘 것으로 본다. <개정 2018.12.11, 2025.4.22>

가. 「고등교육법」에 따른 대학원에서 언어재활 분야의 박사학위 또는 석사학위를 취득한 사람으로서 언어재활기관에 1년 이상 재직한 사람

2. 2급 언어재활사: 「고등교육법」에 따른 대학원ㆍ대학ㆍ전문대학ㆍ원격대학의 언어재활 관련 교과목을 이수하고 관련 학과의 석사학위ㆍ학사학위ㆍ전문학사학위를 취득한 사람. 다만, 대학원(원격대학에 두는 대학원에 한정한다)ㆍ원격대학에서 관련 학과의 석사학위ㆍ학사학위ㆍ전문학사학위를 취득한 사람의 경우 보건복지부령으로 정하는 기준에 따라 현장실습과목을 이수한 사람에 한정한다.

③ 언어재활사 자격증을 분실하거나 훼손한 사람에게는 신청에 따라 자격증을 재교부한다.

(3) A어 person퍼슨 who후 has해즈 lost로스트 or오 damaged대미지드 his히즈 or오 her허 speech-language스피치-랭궈지 therapist^θ쎄^r러피스트 license라이슨스 shall섈 be비 reissued^r리이슈드 a어 license라이슨스 upon어판 application.애플러케이션

④ 언어재활사 자격증을 다른 사람에게 빌려주거나 빌리는 행위 또는 이를 알선하는 행위를 하여서는 아니 된다. <개정 2024.2.13>

⑤ 제1항과 제3항에 따른 자격증의 교부ㆍ재교부 절차와 관리 및 제2항에 따른 언어재활기관의 범위, 대학원ㆍ대학ㆍ전문대학ㆍ원격대학의 언어재활 관련 학과와 언어재활사로서 이수하여야 하는 관련 교과목의 범위 등에 필요한 사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다. <개정 2025.4.22>
