장애인차별금지 및 권리구제 등에 관한 법률 제24조의2(관광활동의 차별금지)

① 국가와 지방자치단체 및 관광사업자(「관광진흥법」 제2조제2호에 따른 관광사업자를 말한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)는 장애인이 관광활동에 참여함에 있어서 장애인에게 제4조제1항제1호ㆍ제2호 및 제4호부터 제6호까지에서 정한 행위를 하여서는 아니 된다.

② 국가와 지방자치단체 및 관광사업자는 장애인이 관광활동에 참여할 수 있도록 정당한 편의를 제공하여야 한다.

③ 국가와 지방자치단체는 장애인이 관광활동에 적극적으로 참여할 수 있도록 필요한 시책을 강구하여야 한다.

④ 제2항을 시행함에 있어서 그 적용대상이 되는 관광사업자의 단계적 범위 및 정당한 편의의 구체적인 내용 등 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
