Framework Act on the Management of Disasters and Safety, Article 39 (Mobilization Orders)

① 중앙대책본부장과 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(시ㆍ군ㆍ구대책본부가 운영되는 경우에는 해당 본부장을 말한다. 이하 제40조부터 제45조까지에서 같다)은 재난이 발생하거나 발생할 우려가 있다고 인정하면 다음 각 호의 조치를 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.8.6, 2019.12.3, 2023.1.17>
