재난 및 안전관리 기본법 제76조(재난안전 관련 보험ㆍ공제의 개발ㆍ보급 등)

① 국가는 국민과 지방자치단체가 자기의 책임과 노력으로 재난이나 그 밖의 각종 사고에 대비할 수 있도록 재난안전 관련 보험 또는 공제를 개발ㆍ보급하기 위하여 노력하여야 한다.
