저작권법 제27조(시사적인 기사 및 논설의 복제 등)

정치ㆍ경제ㆍ사회ㆍ문화ㆍ종교에 관하여 「신문 등의 진흥에 관한 법률」 제2조의 규정에 따른 신문 및 인터넷신문 또는 「뉴스통신진흥에 관한 법률」 제2조의 규정에 따른 뉴스통신에 게재된 시사적인 기사나 논설은 다른 언론기관이 복제ㆍ배포 또는 방송할 수 있다. 다만, 이용을 금지하는 표시가 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2009.7.31>
