Telecommunications Business Act, Article 60-2 (Blocking the Use of Mobile Communications Terminal Devices Reported Lost)

① 이동통신사업자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 이동통신단말장치의 사용 차단을 위하여 해당 이동통신단말장치의 고유식별번호를 전기통신사업자 간에 공유하여야 한다. <개정 2022.6.10, 2024.1.30, 2025.1.21, 2026.3.31>

③ 과학기술정보통신부장관은 제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 이동통신단말장치의 사용 차단을 위하여 필요한 경우 관계 행정기관 및 공공기관의 장에게 협조를 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2022.6.10, 2025.1.21>
