Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Article 44-18 (Dispute Mediation Panel)

① 심의위원회는 정보통신망을 통하여 유통되는 정보 중 사생활의 침해 또는 명예훼손 등 타인의 권리를 침해하는 정보, 제44조의12제3항의 조치 또는 같은 조 제4항의 이의신청에 대한 결정과 관련된 분쟁의 조정업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 9명 이상 20명 이하의 위원으로 구성된 분쟁조정부를 둔다. <개정 2020.6.9, 2026.1.6>

② 제1항의 분쟁조정부의 위원은 다음 각 호의 사람 중에서 심의위원회의 위원장이 심의위원회의 동의를 받아 임명한다. 이 경우 각 호의 위원은 각각 위원 정수의 5분의 1 이상이 되어야 한다. <개정 2026.1.6>
