정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률 제44조의22(조정의 효력)

① 분쟁조정부는 제44조의20제3항에 따라 조정안을 작성하면 지체 없이 각 당사자에게 제시하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 조정안을 제시받은 당사자는 제시받은 날부터 15일 이내에 수락 여부를 분쟁조정부에 통보하여야 한다.

③ 당사자가 조정안을 수락하면 분쟁조정부는 즉시 조정서를 작성하여야 하며, 위원 및 각 당사자는 그 조정서에 기명날인하여야 한다.

④ 당사자가 제3항에 따라 조정안을 수락하고 조정서에 기명날인을 하면 당사자 간에 조정서와 같은 내용의 합의가 성립된 것으로 본다.
