Enforcement Decree of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Article 9-6 (Suspension and Discontinuance of Identity Verification Work)

① 본인확인기관이 법 제23조의3제2항 또는 제3항에 따라 업무를 휴지 또는 폐지하려면 다음 각 호의 사항을 이용자에게 통보하여야 한다.

(1) An앤 identity아이덴티티 verification^v베^r러^f퍼케이션 agency에이전시 that^ð댓 intends인텐즈 to투 suspend서스펜드 or오 discontinue디스컨티뉴 its잇츠 work워크 under언더 Article아터클 23-3 (2) or오 (3) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 users유저즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 matters:매터즈

1. 휴지 또는 폐지의 사유
