종합부동산세법 제7조의2(신탁주택 관련 수탁자의 물적납세의무)

신탁주택의 위탁자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 종합부동산세 또는 강제징수비(이하 "종합부동산세등"이라 한다)를 체납한 경우로서 그 위탁자의 다른 재산에 대하여 강제징수를 하여도 징수할 금액에 미치지 못할 때에는 해당 신탁주택의 수탁자는 그 신탁주택(해당 신탁주택의 관리, 처분, 운용 또는 개발 등을 통하여 수탁자가 얻은 재산으로서 「신탁법」 제27조에 따라 신탁재산에 속하는 재산을 포함한다)으로써 위탁자의 종합부동산세등을 납부할 의무가 있다. <개정 2025.12.23>
