주택법 제47조(부실감리자 등에 대한 조치)

사업계획승인권자는 제43조 및 제44조에 따라 지정ㆍ배치된 감리자 또는 감리원(다른 법률에 따른 감리자 또는 그에게 소속된 감리원을 포함한다)이 그 업무를 수행할 때 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 감리를 부실하게 하거나 관계 법령을 위반하여 감리를 함으로써 해당 사업주체 또는 입주자 등에게 피해를 입히는 등 주택건설공사가 부실하게 된 경우에는 그 감리자의 등록 또는 감리원의 면허나 그 밖의 자격인정 등을 한 행정기관의 장에게 등록말소ㆍ면허취소ㆍ자격정지ㆍ영업정지나 그 밖에 필요한 조치를 하도록 요청할 수 있다.
