주택법 시행령 제24조의6(주택조합 가입에 관한 청약의 철회)

① 주택조합 가입 신청자는 법 제11조의6제2항에 따라 주택조합 가입에 관한 청약을 철회하는 경우 국토교통부령으로 정하는 청약 철회 요청서를 모집주체에게 제출해야 한다.

② 모집주체는 제1항에 따른 요청서를 제출받은 경우 이를 즉시 접수하고 접수일자가 적힌 접수증을 해당 주택조합 가입 신청자에게 발급해야 한다.
