지방세특례제한법 제77조(수자원공사의 단지조성용 토지에 대한 감면)

① 「한국수자원공사법」에 따라 설립된 한국수자원공사가 국가 또는 지방자치단체의 계획에 따라 분양의 목적으로 취득하는 단지조성용 토지에 대해서는 취득세의 100분의 30을 2019년 12월 31일까지 경감한다. <개정 2013.1.1, 2014.12.31, 2015.12.29, 2016.12.27>

② 「한국수자원공사법」에 따라 설립된 한국수자원공사가 국가 또는 지방자치단체의 계획에 따라 분양의 목적으로 취득하는 부동산 중 택지개발사업지구 및 단지조성사업지구에 있는 부동산으로서 관계 법령에 따라 국가 또는 지방자치단체에 무상으로 귀속될 공공시설물 및 그 부속토지와 공공시설용지(이하 이 조에서 "공공시설물등"이라 한다)에 대해서는 재산세를 2027년 12월 31일까지 면제한다. 다만, 국가 또는 지방자치단체에 무상으로 귀속될 공공시설물등의 반대급부로 국가 또는 지방자치단체가 소유하고 있는 부동산 또는 사회기반시설을 무상으로 양여받거나 해당 공공시설물등의 무상사용권을 제공받는 경우에는 재산세의 100분의 50을 2027년 12월 31일까지 경감한다. <개정 2024.12.31>

③ 제2항을 적용할 때 공공시설물등의 범위는 대통령령으로 정한다. <신설 2024.12.31>
