지방자치법 제177조(지방자치단체조합의 조직)

① 지방자치단체조합에는 지방자치단체조합회의와 지방자치단체조합장 및 사무직원을 둔다.

③ 관계 지방의회의원과 관계 지방자치단체의 장은 제43조제1항과 제109조제1항에도 불구하고 지방자치단체조합회의의 위원이나 지방자치단체조합장을 겸할 수 있다.
