Debtor Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy Act, Article 228 (Modification of Draft Rehabilitation Plans)
회생계획안의 제출자는 회생계획안의 심리를 위한 관계인집회의 기일 또는 제240조의 규정에 의한 서면결의에 부치는 결정이 있는 날까지는 법원의 허가를 받아 회생계획안을 수정할 수 있다.
The person who submitted a draft rehabilitation plan may modify it with the court's permission until the date of the meeting of interested persons to examine the draft, or until the date of the decision to put it to a written vote under Article 240.
