파산선고를 받은 채무자를 위하여 개시한 책임제한절차의 폐지결정이 있는 때에는 그 결정이 확정될 때까지 파산절차를 정지한다.
Where a decision is made to discontinue a liability limitation procedure commenced for the bankrupt debtor, the bankruptcy proceedings shall be suspended until that decision becomes final.
