채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제364조(파산관재인의 해임)

①법원은 채권자집회의 결의, 감사위원의 신청에 의하거나 직권으로 파산관재인을 해임할 수 있다. 이 경우 법원은 그 파산관재인을 심문하여야 한다.

②제1항의 규정에 의한 파산관재인의 해임결정에 대하여는 즉시항고를 할 수 있다.
