초ㆍ중등교육법 제62조(권한의 위임)

① 이 법에 따른 교육부장관의 권한은 그 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 교육감에게 위임하거나 국립대학법인 서울대학교 및 국립대학법인 인천대학교에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2012.3.21, 2013.3.23>

② 이 법에 따른 교육부장관의 권한 중 국립학교의 설립ㆍ운영에 관한 권한은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 관계 중앙행정기관의 장에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

③ 이 법에 따른 교육부장관 및 교육감의 업무 중 제60조의6부터 제60조의8까지에 따른 교육지원 업무는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 일부를 보건복지부장관 또는 지방자치단체의 장에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.3.18>
