출입국관리법 시행령 제45조(체류지 변경의 신고)

① 법 제36조제1항에 따라 전입신고를 하려는 등록외국인은 체류지 변경신고서에 법무부령으로 정하는 서류를 첨부하여 새로운 체류지의 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 또는 읍ㆍ면ㆍ동의 장이나 새로운 체류지 관할 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장에게 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 전입신고는 법무부장관이 정하는 정보통신망을 이용하여 할 수 있다. <개정 2016.9.29, 2018.5.8, 2018.9.18, 2020.2.18, 2023.12.12>

② 제1항에 따라 전입신고를 받은 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 또는 읍ㆍ면ㆍ동의 장이나 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장은 외국인등록증에 변경사항을 적은 후 체류지 변경신고 필인을 찍어 신고인에게 내주고, 법 제36조제7항에 따라 체류지 변경통보서를 종전 체류지 관할 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장에게 보내야 한다. <개정 2016.9.29, 2018.5.8, 2018.9.18>

③ 제2항에 따라 변경사항을 통보받은 종전 체류지 관할 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장은 새로운 체류지 관할 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장에게 등록외국인기록표를 보내야 하며, 새로운 체류지 관할 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장은 지체 없이 이를 정리하여야 한다. <개정 2018.5.8>
