출입국관리법 시행령 제60조(참고인 진술조서)

① 법 제49조에 따른 참고인 진술조서의 통역 또는 번역에 관하여는 제59조제2항을 준용한다.

② 출입국관리공무원은 진술내용이 복잡하거나 참고인이 원하는 경우에는 서면으로 진술하게 할 수 있다.
