특허거절결정 또는 특허권의 존속기간의 연장등록거절결정에 대한 심판에는 제147조제1항ㆍ제2항, 제155조 및 제156조를 적용하지 아니한다.
Article 147 (1) and (2), Article 155, and Article 156 shall not apply to trials against a decision to reject a patent or a decision to reject registration of an extension of the term of a patent right.
