하도급거래 공정화에 관한 법률 제3조의6(하도급대금 연동 우수기업의 선정ㆍ지원)

① 공정거래위원회는 하도급대금 연동의 확산을 위하여 하도급대금 연동 우수기업 및 하도급대금 연동 확산에 기여한 자(이하 "하도급대금 연동 우수기업등"이라 한다)를 선정하고 포상하는 등 지원시책을 수립하여 추진할 수 있다.

② 하도급대금 연동 우수기업등의 선정 방법, 절차 및 지원시책 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
