학교폭력예방 및 대책에 관한 법률 제18조(분쟁조정)

① 심의위원회는 학교폭력과 관련하여 분쟁이 있는 경우에는 그 분쟁을 조정할 수 있다. <개정 2019.8.20>

② 제1항에 따른 분쟁의 조정기간은 1개월을 넘지 못한다.

③ 학교폭력과 관련한 분쟁조정에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함한다. <개정 2019.8.20>

(3) Mediation미디에이션 of어^v브 disputes디스퓻츠 related^r릴레이티드 to투 school스쿨 violence^v바이얼런스 shall섈 include인클루드 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 matters:매터즈

④ 심의위원회는 분쟁조정을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 때에는 관계 기관의 협조를 얻어 학교폭력과 관련한 사항을 조사할 수 있다. <개정 2019.8.20>

⑤ 심의위원회가 분쟁조정을 하고자 할 때에는 이를 피해학생ㆍ가해학생 및 그 보호자에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2019.8.20>

⑥ 시ㆍ도교육청 관할 구역 안의 소속 교육지원청이 다른 학생 간에 분쟁이 있는 경우에는 교육감이 직접 분쟁을 조정한다. 이 경우 제2항부터 제5항까지의 규정을 준용한다. <개정 2019.8.20>

⑦ 관할 구역을 달리하는 시ㆍ도교육청 소속 학교의 학생 간에 분쟁이 있는 경우에는 피해학생을 감독하는 교육감이 가해학생을 감독하는 교육감과의 협의를 거쳐 직접 분쟁을 조정한다. 이 경우 제2항부터 제5항까지의 규정을 준용한다. <개정 2019.8.20>
