할부거래에 관한 법률 제33조(거래기록 등의 보존 및 열람)

① 선불식 할부거래업자는 재화등의 거래기록ㆍ소비자피해보상보험계약등의 체결내용 및 선불식 할부계약의 해제에 관한 기록 등(이하 "거래기록등"이라 한다)을 해당 계약의 종료일 또는 해제일부터 5년 이내의 범위에서 대통령령으로 정하는 기간까지 보존하고, 그 보존기한까지 언제든지 소비자가 해당 거래기록등을 쉽게 열람할 수 있게 하여야 한다. <개정 2026.9.8>

② 제1항에 따라 선불식 할부거래업자가 보존하는 거래기록등의 대상ㆍ범위 및 보존ㆍ열람의 방법 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <신설 2026.9.8>
