행정절차법 시행령 제16조(청문의 공개)

①당사자는 법 제30조의 규정에 의하여 청문의 공개를 신청하고자 하는 때에는 청문일 전까지 청문주재자에게 공개신청서를 제출하여야 한다.

②청문주재자는 제1항의 규정에 의하여 당사자가 제출한 공개신청서를 지체없이 검토하여 공개여부를 당사자등에게 알려야 한다.
