Act on the Execution of Sentences and the Treatment of Inmates, Article 77 (Home Leave)

① 소장은 6개월 이상 형을 집행받은 수형자로서 그 형기의 3분의 1(21년 이상의 유기형 또는 무기형의 경우에는 7년)이 지나고 교정성적이 우수한 사람이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 1년 중 20일 이내의 귀휴를 허가할 수 있다. <개정 2020.2.4>

③ 소장은 귀휴를 허가하는 경우에 법무부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 거소의 제한이나 그 밖에 필요한 조건을 붙일 수 있다.
