형의 집행 및 수용자의 처우에 관한 법률 제8조(교정시설의 순회점검)

법무부장관은 교정시설의 운영, 교도관의 복무, 수용자의 처우 및 인권실태 등을 파악하기 위하여 매년 1회 이상 교정시설을 순회점검하거나 소속 공무원으로 하여금 순회점검하게 하여야 한다. <개정 2016.5.29>
