① 판사와 검사는 직무상 필요하면 교정시설을 시찰할 수 있다.

② 제1항의 판사와 검사 외의 사람은 교정시설을 참관하려면 학술연구 등 정당한 이유를 명시하여 교정시설의 장(이하 "소장"이라 한다)의 허가를 받아야 한다.
