가상자산 이용자 보호 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제7조(가상자산위원회의 운영)

① 위원회의 위원장은 위원회를 대표하고, 위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

② 위원회의 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원회의 위원장이 미리 지명한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

(2) If이^f프 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties두티즈 for^f포 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 a어 member멤버 designated데지그네이티드 in인 advance어드^v밴스 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 act액트 on안 his히즈 or오 her허 behalf.비해^f프

③ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 all올 its잇츠 members,멤버즈 and앤드 shall섈 pass패스 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurring컨커^r링 vote^v보우트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원회의 위원장이 정한다.
