가정폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 제26조(동행영장의 방식)

동행영장에는 가정폭력행위자의 성명, 생년월일, 주거, 행위의 개요, 인치(引致)하거나 수용할 장소, 유효기간 및 그 기간이 지난 후에는 집행에 착수하지 못하며 영장을 반환하여야 한다는 취지와 발부 연월일을 적고 판사가 서명ㆍ날인하여야 한다.
