가정폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 제55조의5(이행실태의 조사)

① 법원은 가정보호사건조사관, 법원공무원, 사법경찰관리 또는 보호관찰관 등으로 하여금 임시보호명령 및 피해자보호명령의 이행실태에 대하여 수시로 조사하게 하고, 지체 없이 그 결과를 보고하도록 할 수 있다.

② 법원은 임시보호명령 또는 피해자보호명령을 받은 가정폭력행위자가 그 결정을 이행하지 아니하거나 집행에 따르지 아니하는 때에는 그 사실을 관할법원에 대응하는 지방공소청 검사에게 통보할 수 있다. <개정 2026.3.24>
