가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률 제103조(판결에 의한 등록창설의 신고)

① 확정판결에 의하여 등록창설의 신고를 하여야 할 경우에는 판결확정일부터 1개월 이내에 하여야 한다.

② 신고서에는 제9조제2항에 규정된 사항 외에 판결확정일을 기재하여야 한다.

③ 제2항의 신고서에는 판결의 등본 및 확정증명서를 첨부하여야 한다.
