가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률 제69조(친양자의 파양신고)

① 「민법」 제908조의5에 따라 친양자 파양의 재판이 확정된 경우 소를 제기한 사람은 재판의 확정일부터 1개월 이내에 재판서의 등본 및 확정증명서를 첨부하여 제63조의 신고를 하여야 한다.

② 제1항의 신고서에는 재판확정일을 기재하여야 한다.

③ 제1항의 경우에는 그 소의 상대방도 재판서의 등본 및 확정증명서를 첨부하여 친양자 파양의 재판이 확정된 취지를 신고할 수 있다. 이 경우 제2항을 준용한다.
