가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률 제95조(국적회복허가의 통보 등)

① 법무부장관은 「국적법」 제9조에 따라 대한민국의 국적회복을 허가한 경우 지체 없이 국적회복을 한 사람이 정한 등록기준지의 시ㆍ읍ㆍ면의 장에게 대법원규칙으로 정하는 사항을 통보하여야 한다.

② 제1항의 통보를 받은 시ㆍ읍ㆍ면의 장은 국적회복을 한 사람의 등록부를 작성한다. 다만, 국적회복을 한 사람의 등록부등이 있는 경우에는 등록부등에 기재된 등록기준지의 시ㆍ읍ㆍ면의 장에게 그 사항을 통보하여야 한다.
