감염병의 예방 및 관리에 관한 법률 제70조의5(손실보상금의 긴급지원)

보건복지부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 및 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 심의위원회의 심의ㆍ의결에 따라 제70조제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 손실을 입은 자로서 경제적 어려움으로 자금의 긴급한 지원이 필요한 자에게 제70조제1항에 따른 손실보상금의 일부를 우선 지급할 수 있다.
