감염병의 예방 및 관리에 관한 법률 제72조의2(손해배상청구권)

보건복지부장관, 질병관리청장, 시ㆍ도지사 및 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 이 법을 위반하여 감염병을 확산시키거나 확산 위험성을 증대시킨 자에 대하여 입원치료비, 격리비, 진단검사비, 손실보상금 등 이 법에 따른 예방 및 관리 등을 위하여 지출된 비용에 대해 손해배상을 청구할 권리를 갖는다.
