Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, Article 29-11 (Criteria, etc. for Orders to Suspend Transfer Abroad)

① 보호위원회는 법 제28조의9제1항에 따라 개인정보의 국외 이전을 중지할 것을 명하려는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 종합적으로 고려해야 한다.
