Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, Article 42-15 (Management and Supervision of Personal Information Transmission Requests by the Protection Commission)

① 보호위원회는 법 제35조의4제1항에 따라 정보전송자 현황을 관리ㆍ감독하기 위하여 개인정보처리자에게 정보전송자 여부 확인에 필요한 자료의 제출을 요구할 수 있다.

② 보호위원회는 본인전송요구 및 제3자전송요구에 대한 정보전송자의 이행 여부, 개인정보관리 전문기관의 지정요건 충족 여부 및 일반수신자의 시설ㆍ기술 기준 충족 여부 등에 관한 사항을 관리ㆍ감독하기 위하여 정보전송자, 개인정보관리 전문기관 및 일반수신자에게 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 자료의 제출을 요구할 수 있으며, 자료 제출을 요구받은 자는 특별한 사정이 없으면 그 요구에 따라야 한다. <개정 2026.2.19>
