① 보호위원회는 상임위원 2명(위원장 1명, 부위원장 1명)을 포함한 9명의 위원으로 구성한다.

④ 위원장, 부위원장, 제7조의13에 따른 사무처의 장은 「정부조직법」 제10조에도 불구하고 정부위원이 된다.
