건설산업기본법 시행령 제26조의4(공사대금지급의 보증 등의 예외가 되는 소규모공사 등의 범위)
Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on the Construction Industry, Article 26-4 (Scope of Small-Scale Work, etc. Excepted from Guarantees of Payment of Construction Cost, etc.)
법 제22조의2제2항에서 "소규모공사 등 대통령령으로 정하는 건설공사"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 건설공사를 말한다.
The "construction work prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as small-scale work" in Article 22-2 (2) of the Act means any of the following construction work:
1. 공사 1건의 도급금액이 5천만원 미만인 소규모공사
1. Small-scale work with a contract price of less than 50 million won per project;
2. 공사기간이 3개월 이내인 단기공사
2. Short-term work with a construction period of three months or less.
